DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

LOCATION

CAPE TOWN

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

FIXED CONTRACT

JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·            Must have Clear criminal and credit record

·            Must be willing to work Shifts. 24/7 shifted environment

·            Must have minimum two (2) years Desktop Support 

·            Must have BPO Experience in IT industry

·            Netskope/Citrix knowledge an advantage

·            Windows Desktop support, Printer support & Server support

·            A good understanding of computer networking and servers

·            Virtualization and Cloud experience & knowledge

·            Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and applications                     includingServer Suite

·            Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Backup software,                 Network switching and cabling

·            Basic understanding of network firewalls

COMPETENCIES

·            Windows Desktop support, Printer support & Server support
