What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Head of Affiliates, you will be the mastermind behind multiple affiliate programs, ensuring they are strategically aligned with client acquisition and commercial goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Affiliate & Partnership Marketing, you will be the go-to authority on all things affiliate-related, leading your team by example and driving them towards excellence.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Plan, forecast, and execute ROI-driven acquisition activities that bring high-quality traffic to client brands.
• Lead and inspire a talented team, ensuring high performance and providing support wherever needed.
• Develop strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accounts while empowering your team members to do the same.
• Create executive-level reports and presentations that deliver actionable insights and showcase overall marketing results.
• Build a robust internal network to foster collaboration and knowledge transfer across the business.
• Ensure the integrity of affiliate programs, including accurate data, financial commitments, and brand reputation. Represent the affiliate programs in senior management meetings and contribute to high-level decision-making.
• Encourage professional growth and development within your team, conducting performance reviews and managing the team calendar.

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in digital marketing, affiliate management, and team leadership. You should be passionate, self-sufficient, and decisive, ready to lead a diverse team and drive affiliate success. You will also bring:

• 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or performance-based environment, with a strong background in online gaming being a major plus.
• In-depth understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to present insights in a clear and impactful way.
• Strong experience with affiliate marketing, digital marketing (SEM, PPC, ASO), and online tracking tools (cookies, HTML tags, postbacks, etc.).
• Proficiency with MS Office and tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and affiliate management platforms.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, working across a mix of office-based and remote teams.
