We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist, to join our dynamic team of creatives and collaborators in driving our brand forward by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

The Marketing Specialist  will be responsible to assist with day-to-day operations as well as be involved in showcasing some of the game-changing projects we facilitate in.

 

 Key outcomes

The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Marketing Specialist:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create compelling content (incl. planning and scheduling) for digital platforms, including social media, email, and website.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Assistance with various projects & campaign planning and management.
  • Research on current trends & themes pertaining to the business strategy
  • Events Coordination and Management
  • Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Design and present (where required) Internal and External Marketing Presentations

 

 Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related role with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Marketing Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (i.e Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM Software).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience on brand building and management.
