We are seeking an experienced PPC Media Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across key platforms while taking ownership of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email marketing initiatives. This multifaceted role ensures a cohesive digital strategy to drive growth, customer engagement, and ROI for our health supplement brand. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and skilled in managing multiple channels to enhance e-commerce performance and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Paid Media Management:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to achieve lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness goals.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.
  • Set up and manage tracking for campaigns using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4) to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Create, implement, and measure the performance of A/B testing and multivariate testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates (e.g., changes in Google Ads, Meta algorithms).
  1. CRM Management:
  • Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring clean data management, accurate segmentation, and effective workflow automation.
  • Design and implement customer journeys and lifecycle workflows for onboarding, retention, upselling, and win-back strategies.
  • Leverage CRM data to build detailed customer profiles and personalize marketing efforts.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Design, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including promotional content, newsletters, and lifecycle automation.
  • Monitor email performance (open rates, click-through rates, and conversions) and use data insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure email content aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
  1. WhatsApp Business Marketing:
  • Implement and manage WhatsApp Business campaigns to enhance customer communication and engagement.
  • Utilize WhatsApp for personalized messaging, customer support, and promotional content.
  1. Analytics & Reporting:
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and campaign dashboards to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create performance reports with actionable insights for all channels, including paid media, email, and CRM campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPA, engagement, and customer retention rates.
  1. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
  • Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page performance through user behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and developers to implement changes that enhance CTAs, forms, and on-page content.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize conversion rates across platforms.
  1. Collaboration & Innovation:
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and provide thought leadership on implementing innovative strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and platforms to improve digital marketing efforts.
