Project Manager

A leader in the formwork market, specialising in steel and in situ concrete solutions for both the residential and commercial sectors is seeking for a Project Manager. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee and project manage 3 â 4 sites (residential) 
• Engage with 6 â 7 Team Leaders (who oversee 7 â 8 staff each)  
• Plan out orders of reinforcing steel 
• Liaise with client, informing them when concrete will be cast, when steel will be done 
• Liaise with steel fixing (in-house) to make arrangements 
• Liaise with builders 
• Handle issues on site and sort them out 
• Coordinate the steel and concrete 
• Visit sites every day 

Qualifications: 

• Donât necessarily need a building qualification but must have the knowledge 

Requirements and Experience: 

• Must have working knowledge of formwork, steel reinforcing and construction 
• Must have experience in managing a site 
• Supervisory experience 
• Experience working on a construction site
