Job Details

Our client is looking for a Shared Services Finance Lead to join their team.  You will be accountable for the delivery of finance services to customers, performance of the finance team i.e. strategic planning and innovation, customer partnering, operational finance oversight, finance systems and process improvement, team management, risk management and compliance, alignment with shared service principles and IT partnership.

  • Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA or CA(SA) Advantageous
  • 8 Years plus relevant functional experience.
  • 3 – 5 years in a relevant management/ leadership role
  • 3 – 5 years shared services experience (Essential)
  • Proven record of competence in all relevant finance processes and systems
  • Strong leadership, management, and accounting skills.
  • Strong Numerical ability
  • Ability to research, resolve and develop appropriate procedures for issues related to non-recurring transactions and events]
  • Ability to interpret and analyse financial data
  • Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Essential)
  • Sage 300 (advantageous)
  • Ability to learn new applications/software systems effectively and efficiently
