Terms and conditions - OCTOBER PROMOTION 2023

1. Eligibility: 
   1. The "HR Spa Getaway Promotion" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is open to HR managers, HR consultants, and hiring managers who purchase a recruitment credit from Job Crystal during the month of October 2023. 
   2. Participants must be legal residents of South Africa and must be at least 20 years old to be eligible to enter. 
   3. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Job Crystal are not eligible to participate. 
2. Promotion Period:
   
   1. The Promotion will run for the entire month of October 2023. 
3. Entry Mechanics
   
   1. Participants will automatically receive one entry into the draw for each recruitment credit they purchase from Job Crystal during the Promotion Period. 
   2. Multiple recruitment credit purchases will result in multiple entries. 
4. Prize
   
   1. The prize consists of an expenses-paid afternoon for two (2) people at a spa of Job Crystal's choice. 
   2. The prize also includes a three-course meal thereafter.
   3. Full prize value not exceeding R2500.
   4. The spa and restaurant selection will be determined by Job Crystal. 
   5. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other product or service. 
5. Draw and Winner Announcement:
   
   1. The draw to determine the winner will take place in the first week of November 2023. 
   2. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   3. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 days of the draw. 
   4. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 2 days, another winner will be selected. 
6. Publicity:
   
   1. By participating in the Promotion, participants grant Job Crystal the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, press releases, and website content. 
7. Privacy:
   
   1. Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties. 
8. General Conditions: 
   
   1. Job Crystal reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason. 
   2. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
   3. The decision of Job Crystal in all matters related to the Promotion is final and binding. 
9. Governing Law:
   
   1. This Promotion is governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town. 

By entering the "HR Spa Getaway Promotion," participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
